Every night, chef Grant Achatz and his team offer three distinct experiences at Alinea: The Gallery, The Salon, and the Kitchen Table.

Alinea was founded in 2005. In 2016, it underwent a ground-up renovation to renew its mission of constant innovation during its second decade. Alinea is owned and operated by Nick Kokonas and chef Achatz.
